Luxury Antioquia: Premium Places for a Perfect Vacation

In my last post, I talked about cheap camping trips. But today, I want to show you the other side of Antioquia. If you have a high budget, you can have a very luxurious and comfortable vacation. Here are my top 3 premium destinations: 

 1. El Retiro and Llano Grande - Luxury Glamping

 

  Near Medellín, there is a place called El Retiro 

  and Llano grande. It is famous for luxury houses    

  and glamping. Glamping is glamorous camping. 

You sleep in a tent, but the tent has a king-size bed, a hot jacuzzi, 

and a private bathroom. It is very expensive, but the service is excellent 

and the view of the mountains is private and quiet. Perfect for couples. 

2. Guatapé - Private Lake Houses 

You can visit Guatapé in a different way. You can rent a private luxury house in front of the lake. These houses have a private swimming pool, a boat, and a chef who cooks for you. You don't need to go to crowded places. You can enjoy a sunset tour on a private yacht. It is an exclusive experience. 

 3. Santa Fe de Antioquia - 5-Star Hotels 

 

In Santa Fe de Antioquia, the weather is hot and sunny all year. There you can find beautiful 5-star  hotels like Hotel Marmolina. These hotels have big spa centers, gourmet restaurants, and beautiful colonial architecture. It is perfect if you want to relax and feel like a king or queen. The attention is very professional. 

In my opinion, Antioquia has options for all budgets. You can travel with a small tent for $20 or you can stay in a luxury hotel for $500 per night. Both experiences are wonderful.
